We aim for perfection, but like everyone, at times we miss the mark.

No matter what service you have purchased , if we’ve missed or forgot something or you’re not happy with your service, we’re sorry, please call us (403-809-3724) or email us (hello@focuscleaners.com). We want you to be a satisfied client moving forward.  We’ll do our best to fix it.

Timelines and guarantees depend on the service in question.  Please browse below to find your service.

All guarantees are honored based on the areas you hired us to clean.

Residential Window Cleaning

If you’re not happy with your Residential Window Cleaning service, call us within 48 hours of the service and tell us about the issue.  We we will return to correct the issue.  If we are not able to correct the issue, we may issue a refund for the the area in question up to $1000.

We offer different levels of guarantees, depending on the package you choose.

Deluxe Package 2 Day Rain Guarantee

If it rains within 48 hours (2 days) following your Deluxe Residential Window Cleaning service, and your windows get spots from it, we will clean the spots off for free.

The 2 Day Rain Guarantee only applies to the Deluxe Residential Window Cleaning Package.  The invoice must be paid before the guarantee is in effect.

We reserve the right to cancel this Guarantee, but will inform you at the time of the quotation, so there’s no surprises.

Focused Package 7 Day Rain Guarantee

If it rains within 168 hours (7 days) following your Focused Residential Window Cleaning service, and your windows get spots from it, we will clean the spots off for free.

The 7 Day Rain Guarantee only applies to the Focused Residential Window Cleaning Package.  The invoice in question must be paid before the guarantee is in effect.

We reserve the right to cancel this Guarantee, but will inform you at the time of the quotation, so there’s no surprises.

Commercial Window Cleaning

If you’re not happy with your Commercial Window Cleaning service, call us within 48 hours of the service and we will return to correct the issue at no cost to you.  If we are not able to correct the issue, we will issue a refund for the the area in question up to $1000.

Commercial Cleaning (Janitorial or Other)

We guarantee you will receive the service you’re paying for.

If you’re not happy with our commercial cleaning service or we’ve missed something, call us within 24 hours of the service and we will do our best to correct the issue within 24 hours.

Home Cleaning

Our Home Cleaning service is 100% guaranteed.  If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.  Let us know by phone (403-809-3724) or email (hello@focuscleaners.com) within 24 hours of your service. We will return promptly if an agreeable time can be arranged to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.  If an agreeable time cannot be arranged due to vacation, work, etc.  We may seek alternative means to make things right.

In the unlikely event we cannot satisfy you, a refund for the work in question may be offered for the most recent service and the relationship will be permanently terminated.

Move in/Move out Cleaning

We guarantee we will clean to a reasonable extent, every item on our Move In / Move Out Services in ever room listed in the Scope of Work.  If we’ve missed something, we will immediately come back to make it right.

Due to the nature of move in/move out cleans, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of damage deposit reimbursements from landlords.
