Focus Window Cleaning acknowledges that your privacy is important, and we take it very seriously.

Focus Window Cleaning is the data controller for your personal information collected through the Focus Window Cleaning Platform. Primarily, Focus Window Cleaning collects personal data from you directly. At times we gather information from other sources, both public and private institutions.
Focus Window Cleaning is based in Calgary, Alberta Canada and services Calgary and areas local to Calgary. The Focus Window Cleaning Platform is not intended to service customers without interests in Calgary or in the local areas around Calgary.

We collect information directly from individuals, from third-parties, and automatically through the Focus Window Cleaning website. If you choose not to disclose certain personal information, it may limit your access to certain services or features, including job estimate requests, and contacting us through our website.

How We Share Your Information
We share information as set forth below, and where individuals have otherwise consented:

Cookies, Pixels and Tracking
We and our third-party providers use cookies, clear GIFs, JavaScript, local storage, log files, and other mechanisms to automatically collect and record information about your usage and browsing activities on the Focus Window Cleaning website and across third party sites or online services. We may combine this information with other information we collect about users. Below, we provide a summary of these activities.

The security of your information is important to us. Focus Window Cleaning has implemented safeguards to protect the information we collect, however, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure. We urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe, such as choosing a strong password and keeping it private, as well as logging out of your user account, and closing your web browser when finished using the Focus Window Cleaning Platform on a shared or unsecured device.

Access and Amend Your Information
You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging in to your account. You may also make several other adjustments to settings or the display of information about you as described in more detail in the following section about Your Choices.

You may, of course, decline to submit information through the Focus Window Cleaning Platform, in which case we may not be able to provide certain services to you. Emails and Communications. When you join the Focus Window Cleaning website by signing up for an account, as part of the service, you will receive some emails, targeted to your use of Focus Window Cleaning. You can unsubscribe to all our emails as you wish. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you transactional emails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us.
If you want to delete your account and have Your Content removed from the Focus Window Cleaning Platform, in a way that it can not be restored by us, even if you change your mind, then send an email to hello@focuscleaners.com.
Your Rights
As noted above, Focus Window Cleaning gives users several easy-to-use ways to exercise choices about their personal information in the Focus Window Cleaning website. If you have registered with us and wish to access or update your profile, or exercise certain opt-out rights, you may do so online by visiting the “profile” settings in your account. Additionally, users may also have the right to be provided certain personal information in a commonly used format where technically feasible, and, under certain conditions, to object to or restrict our use of certain personal information. You may also contact our privacy coordinator, as set forth below, to access or amend your personal information, to request that we rectify, delete or stop processing your personal information, to withdraw your consent to our processing, and, if you are an EEA resident, to exercise your opt-out rights or place a data portability request.

Please keep in mind that certain services will not be available if you withdraw your consent, or otherwise delete or object to our processing of certain personal information. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority.
Retention of Your Data
We will retain your personal information indefinitely. If you wish to “be forgotten” by Focus Window Cleaning (i.e., request the deletion of your personal information from Focus Window Cleaning and the Focus Window Cleaning website), you will need to request deletion by emailing hello@focuscleaners.com. If you delete your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and enforce our agreements.
Transferring Your Data
Focus Window Cleaning is headquartered in Canada. We may subcontract processing to, or share your personal data with, third parties located in countries other than your home country. Your personal data, therefore, may therefore be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence.
Personal data collected within the Canada may, for example, be transferred to and processed by third parties located in the United States. In such instances Focus Window Cleaning shall ensure that the transfer of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and, in particular, that appropriate technical, contractual, and organizational measures are in place.

If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that materially change how we treat your personal information, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice of such changes, such as via prominent notice in the Focus Window Cleaning Platform or to your email address of record, and where required by law, or to your phone number of record, we will obtain your consent or give you the opportunity to opt out of such changes.
